FOOD VENDORS WANTED!

Bemus Point Fall Fest is Sept. 18-20, 2026

We are looking for food vendors & trucks to enhance our Fall Fest event.

The rate for a space is $175 for new vendors, and $150 for returning vendors, checks made payable to the BPBA (Bemus Point Business Association), or register through our digital platform.

HOURS: Booths must be open Saturday from 10 AM - 5 PM & Sunday from 10 AM - 5 PM. You are welcome to stay open later if you wish! Vendors may not begin breakdown or departure prior to the official close of the event on Sunday at 5 PM without prior approval from the BPBA Fall Fest Committee.

YOU MUST PROVIDE COPIES OF YOUR FOOD VENDING PERMIT/LICENSE, PROOF OF INSURANCE, NYS TAX ID, AND PHOTOS OF YOUR SETUP.

This is an outdoor, rain or shine event. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tent, tables, and equipment. Electricity is limited and not guaranteed. If you require electricity, you must indicate so on your application. Quiet generators are encouraged when possible.

The collection and reporting of NYS tax is the responsibility of the Exhibitor. No food or beverage may be sold from any booth without approval by the BPBA. Vendors using grills, fryers, propane, or cooking equipment must comply with all applicable fire safety regulations and may be subject to inspection.

We ask that all food vendors bring their own trash receptacles if possible. We will be doing a nightly trash pickup during the event.

Vendor vehicles and trailers must remain within their assigned space and parked only in designated areas. Setup details and arrival instructions will be sent closer to the event date.

2026 UPDATE: PLEASE REVIEW

As Fall Fest continues to grow, we are expanding the event by adding more vendors and potentially additional live entertainment to enhance the experience for attendees. With this growth, our local government has requested additional safety regulations, which will affect the layout of the event.

To ensure everyone's safety, booths will be more spread out to allow additional room for pedestrian movement. Please review the following important points:

Booth Locations: We cannot guarantee your previous location. You are welcome to submit a request for a specific spot, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, there are no guarantees. Vendor placement and spacing decisions are determined solely by the BPBA Fall Fest Committee.

Merchandise & Food Overlap: We understand the importance of unique offerings and will make every effort to separate vendors with similar products or menu items whenever possible. However, the BPBA does not guarantee exclusivity for merchandise, food, or beverage items.

Decorum/Behavior: If you violate any portion of the vendor agreement, including but not limited to early breakdown without approval, parking outside designated areas, failing to arrive during your agreed setup time, or displaying inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior toward volunteers, staff, neighboring vendors, or attendees, you may be asked to leave the event and may not be invited back to future shows.

Communication: We ask that all communication regarding Fall Fest vending be conducted via email at visitbemuspoint@gmail.com.

NYS Tax ID: You must provide your New York State Tax ID as part of the registration process.

If any of these points are a concern, you may reconsider your participation, although we certainly hope you choose to join us!

Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated as we continue working to make Fall Fest a safe, organized, and enjoyable event for everyone. Thank you for being a part of our growing festival!

All decisions made by the BPBA Fall Fest Committee are final.
