    As the holiday season approaches, we are thrilled to host a day-long celebration that will bring our community together in the spirit of joy and unity. The highlight of the event will be a community parade along Main Street and the annual Christmas tree lighting.

           Event Details:

    Light Up The Point is designed to create a festive atmosphere and foster a sense of togetherness among our residents and visitors. We anticipate a significant turnout from the local community, making it an excellent opportunity for your organization to gain visibility and contribute to the holiday spirit in Bemus Point.

    We are seeking sponsorships of $200 to help make this event a memorable and to establish a new and cherished tradition in our town. Your generous contribution will go towards various aspects of the event, including:

    •        **Business Sponsored Photobooth:** We plan to have a special photobooth with Rudolph and Frosty outside of Splash and Sweet Lolita’s. If you choose to sponsor this event, we will prominently display your business logo outside this fun, family friendly photo opportunity!
    •        **Parade Enhancements:** Your sponsorship will assist in improving the quality and excitement of the community parade, which is a central attraction of the event.
    •        **Tree Lighting Ceremony:** The annual Christmas tree lighting is a heartwarming moment that brings joy to all. Your support will ensure that we have a beautifully decorated tree and an unforgettable ceremony.
    • **Community Engagement:** Light Up The Point is about fostering community connections and goodwill. Your sponsorship will be acknowledged throughout the event, allowing you to connect with attendees in a meaningful way.

    Bemus Point's "Light Up The Point" Holiday Market is on Saturday, November 30th!

    We're looking for vendors selling hand-crafted items, specialty foods, and more for our first annual outdoor Holiday Market!

    This is a brand new event and we'll be offering a low introductory vendor rate of $50 for a 10' x 10' booth space. 

    EVENT HOURS

    Booths must be open Saturday 12 PM - 7 PM. Our annual holiday parade begins at 5PM!

    ADDITIONAL INFO

    • This is an outdoor show – Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tent and tables. 
    • Electricity is unavailable. If you require it or are utilizing a generator, you must indicate so on your application. 
    • The collection and reporting of NYS tax is the responsibility of the Exhibitor. A NYS TAX ID IS REQUIRED.
    • No food or beverage may be sold from any booth without approval by the BPBA. 
    • This event is sponsored by Bemus Point Businesses, if there is too much overlap with any business, you may not be approved.
    • You are responsible for cleaning up your booth space! If you leave trash or cardboard behind (that does not fit in the trash bags we supply you with), YOU WILL NOT BE ASKED TO RETURN.
    • If any vendor breaks contract/the requirements outlined in this agreement, they will not be invited back to future shows.
    • ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS……NO EXCEPTIONS………NO RAIN DATE!

    • DECISIONS OF THE BPBA ARE FINAL

    We're looking for volunteers to help us with this year's Light Up The Point event!

    This event is new to the village and brings a lot of fun, energy, and excitement to the Bemus Point community. Our small group of volunteers will help the day of the event (November 30) to spread holiday cheer, assist with parade line-up, greeting visitors, and keeping our village clean.

    We'd love YOUR help! Please consider signing up and helping us to make Light Up The Point better than ever!

    Bemus Point Fall Fest is Sept. 12-14, 2025

    We're looking for vendors selling hand-crafted items, specialty foods, and more for our 2025 Fall Fest Street Market (Sept. 12-14)!

    This growing event draws a nice crowd to the village each year…we hope you’ll join us!

    The rate for a 10' x 10' booth space is $175 for new vendors, and $150 for returning vendors – checks made payable to the BPBA (Bemus Point Business Association) or register through our digital platform. 

    EVENT HOURS

    Booths must be open Saturday & Sunday from 10 AM - 5 PM & Sun. from 10 AM - 5 PM. Friday will still be a free/bonus day, hours also being 10AM - 5PM.

    (NOTE – THESE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE – WE WILL KEEP ALL VENDORS UPDATED)

    SHOW UPDATE PLEASE REVIEW

    We are thrilled to announce that Fall Fest is expanding! With our growth, we are adding more vendors and potentially live entertainment to enhance the experience for all attendees. However, our local government has requested that we implement new safety regulations, which will affect the layout of the event.

    To ensure everyone's safety, booths will be more spread out to allow ample space for pedestrian movement. Please note the following important points:

    Booth Locations: We cannot guarantee your previous location. You are welcome to submit a request for a specific spot, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, there are no guarantees.

    Merchandise Overlap: We understand the importance of unique offerings, and we will make every effort to separate booths with similar merchandise. Nonetheless, we cannot guarantee there won't be some overlap.

    Decorum/Behavior: If you break any points of the vendor contract (including but not limited to: breaking-down and leaving early without prior authorization, not parking in the designated location, not coming on Friday when you agreed to originally, and if we receive reports that you are being rude or disrespectful to our volunteers/staff) you will be asked to leave and will not be welcome back to future shows.

    Communication: We ask that all communications regarding Fall Fest vending are done via email to visitbemuspoint@gmail.com

    NYS Tax ID: You must provide your New York State Tax ID as part of your registration process.

    If any of these points are a concern, you may reconsider your participation, although we certainly hope you choose to join us!

    Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work to make Fall Fest a safe and enjoyable event for everyone. Thank you for being a part of our growing festival!
